1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing https://assetproperty.ltd or related assetproperty.ltd digital properties, creating an account, or using our investor services, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Product-specific agreements, subscription documents, or account contracts may apply in addition to these Terms. If those documents conflict with these Terms on a product matter, the product documents control for that product to the extent of the conflict, except where applicable law says otherwise.
2. Who may use the services
You may use assetproperty.ltd services only if:
- you are legally capable of entering a binding contract;

3. Nature of the service
assetproperty.ltd operates a public information website and investor onboarding and account experience for diversified investment assets across markets, income strategies, real assets, alternatives, and selective digital assets. Website content is for general information. It is not personalised investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice unless a separate written advisory engagement says otherwise.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment product in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful. Product availability can depend on residency, verification status, and regulatory constraints.
4. Accounts and security
You must keep login credentials confidential and use reasonable security practices on your devices. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you can show the activity resulted from our failure to apply reasonable safeguards. Notify info@assetproperty.ltd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, verification, or restrictions is prohibited. We may merge, restrict, or close accounts that appear abusive or duplicative.

Allocations are subject to product terms, minimum tickets, availability, cut-off times, and operational capacity. Funding methods and withdrawal options can change. Settlement times depend on banks, payment partners, custodians, and market infrastructure outside our sole control.
You acknowledge that investing involves risk of loss and that you have read the Risk Disclosure. Returns are not guaranteed. Capital is not protected unless a named protection feature is expressly documented for a specific product.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the platform;
- scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer systems except where mandatory law permits;

11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is always complete, current, or free from inaccuracies. Market data and indicative valuations can lag or contain errors from upstream providers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, assetproperty.ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to assetproperty.ltd for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars, except where mandatory law requires a different measure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless assetproperty.ltd and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail verification, pose unacceptable compliance risk, or if continued access would be unlawful or commercially impractical. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including risk acknowledgements, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.

16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the assetproperty.ltd operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's law, except where mandatory consumer or investor protections in your country of residence apply.
Courts of that incorporation jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-excludable rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts. Insert the final governing law and venue once the operating entity and counsel package are confirmed.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a corporate reorganisation or transfer of the business. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and assetproperty.ltd regarding the website and general investor platform access, and they supersede prior general website terms on the same subject.
